What is included with the annual bonus?
Two written reviews. Agree a research question or set of holdings to revisit. A member of the team sets out the research brief, what has changed, the assumptions to examine and questions to take further.
Six questions for a person. Refer a question to the team when you want human input on an assumption, interpretation or point of clarification.
Your order records the included services; the desk helps you arrange them during your term. These are research services, not an investment-advisory relationship. The two reviews and six direct escalations are recorded on your order form; those counts do not decrease when an existing annual subscriber renews.
How do I get started?
Choose monthly or annual access and enter your email, full name and country at checkout. No separate signup or password is needed. If you already have an account, verify your email or sign in before payment. Your first term starts when payment is confirmed. New accounts receive a secure email link to open the desk.
Can I cancel?
Stop renewal in Account before your next payment; access continues through your paid period. Existing private offers keep their agreed terms. You keep research access until the end of your paid term.
The capabilities on your order form
The capabilities listed on your order form stay available for the whole term. If we materially reduce them, you receive a pro-rata refund for the remaining term.
One named user and internal sharing
Each licence is for one named person. You may share output within your firm for internal use, including discussions with partners or an investment committee. External redistribution and using the output to run an advisory service are not included.
Access to your work after the term
Your account keeps export and deletion controls after the licence ends. Nightly cleanup removes conversations that have been inactive for 365 days, unless you delete them sooner. Download a copy before that period ends.
Research, account access and investment advice
The licence provides information and education. It does not create an advisory, managed-account or fiduciary relationship. The desk can read statements you attach, but cannot access your brokerage accounts, trade or move money. Read the disclosures for the scope and limitations.
